If you connect Gmail, Calendar or custom MCP tools, we receive the minimal necessary tokens and metadata required to operate those integrations.

We never use your chat content to train external foundation models.

• Third party tools you choose to connect such as Gmail or Calendar

We do not sell your personal data.

Deleting your account removes all associated data permanently after a retention grace period.

7. Partner Access

If you have a Max subscription and enable partner sharing, the invited partner will only access the shared workspace or conversations you allow. They cannot access your private files or memories unless explicitly shared.

GetIntoChat is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries different from your residence. All transfers follow applicable data protection laws.
