1. Account Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or harmful activities
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Upload harmful or malicious content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, bypass or disrupt the platform
• Abuse free tier limits
• Misuse partner-sharing features

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

3. AI Outputs

GetIntoChat sends your prompts to selected LLM providers.

• AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete.
• You should not rely on outputs for medical, legal, financial or critical decisions.
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating content before using it.

We are not liable for damages arising from AI outputs.

4. User Content

User content includes chats, files, memories and connected data.

You retain ownership of your content.

You grant us a limited license to:

• Process content to operate the service
• Store files and memories
• Display or deliver content within your account
• Provide optional features such as shared conversations

We do not claim ownership of your data.

5. Partner Sharing

If you use the Max plan:

• You may invite another user to share the subscription
• You control what data or conversations are shared
• Your private memories and files remain private unless explicitly shared
• Misuse of the sharing feature may result in suspension

6. Subscriptions and Billing

• Plans are billed on a recurring basis until canceled
• Prices may change with prior notice
• No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law
• Free trials, if offered, are subject to their own rules
• Upgrading or downgrading plans adjusts access and limits immediately

7. External Integrations

You may connect tools such as Gmail, Calendar or custom MCP tools.

By connecting them:

• You authorize GetIntoChat to access necessary scopes
• We only fetch or process what is needed to operate those features
• You may disconnect at any time

You are responsible for following third party terms.

8. Limits and Fair Use

Each plan has limits on:

• Messages
• File storage
• Memory space
• Model usage
• Partner sharing
• External integration use

We may enforce fair use to prevent excessive or abusive activity.

9. Service Availability

We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Maintenance, updates or provider downtime may affect availability.

We are not responsible for loss caused by downtime.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account if:

• These Terms are violated
• Abuse or suspicious activity is detected
• Required by law

You may close your account at any time.

After closure, data is deleted following our retention policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

GetIntoChat is provided as-is and as-available.

We disclaim all warranties including:

• Non-infringement
• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law,

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the previous 12 months

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes will be handled in the courts of India.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
